After reading many stories I understand now the difference between reader-stories and oc-stories. What I wanted was a reader-version but while writing, it turned out to be an oc-story. You had come to this city because Hirani had asked you to look for others like you. Witches. Magicians. Many met you with disbelief and laughed at you when you asked them about people with magical talents, but these people didn't know that there was real true magic besides devil fruit eaters. You turned. The soldiers were no longer visible. Letting out a breath of relief you let yourself down on the wall behind you until you crouched. The Navy and the World Government knew very well about your and your kind.
